EFS Terms & Conditions 

When you place an order with us it will be understood that you have read our terms and conditions which will apply to the use of the website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (Conditions). 
We may update the “Conditions” and any aspect of the service from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you are unhappy with the terms and conditions listed below, you will not be able to order any products from this website. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, you should contact our Customer Service number on 0800 999 4343 before placing your order. 
About Us 
The services are operated by Event Fire Safety Ltd trading as Event Fire Solutions, Unit 325, Heyford Park, RAF Upper Heyford, OX25 5HD. 
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 
Your contract for purchases made through http://www.eventfiresolutions.co.uk is with Event Fire Solutions and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own personal use only and you will not re-sell any of the products you receive from us. 
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. 
You warrant that all details you provide to http://www.eventfiresolutions.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. 
You agree that e-mail can be used as a method of communicating with you. 
Access to the services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the services are unavailable at any time for any period. 
When you place an order, you must enter a valid email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Event Fire Solutions as soon as possible. 
Anyone caught entering a false name or known invalid credit card to order will have their details passed onto the Police. 
Event Fire Solutions reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if: 
1. You fail to make payment to us when due 
2. You breach any of our terms and conditions 
3. When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity. 
4. We suspect you have engaged. Or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on http://www.eventfiresolutions.co.uk. 
You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable and foreseeable losses, costs and expenses that we incur as a result of a breach of these Conditions caused either by yourself or by someone that you have permitted to use your Event Fire Solutions website shopping account. 
By placing an order, you are making an offer to Event Fire Solutions to purchase the goods detailed and that all information given is accurate and complete. 
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. 
Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If Event Fire Solutions has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your debit or credit card until the items are about to be despatched. 
All prices listed on http://www.eventfiresolutions.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax. Where an item price is discounted , the “was” price refers to the original selling price of that item whereby such item was offered for sale on lilyalberta.co.uk for a period of more than 28 consecutive days. This “was” price will always refer to the original selling price and does not reflect any subsequent or intermediate price reductions that may have been applied to the item. 
We will not charge your credit card until the point of despatch of the goods; therefore no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Event Fire Solutions until we accept your order by despatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm acceptance by sending you an email. 
This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including P&P) and usual delivery times. 
You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. 
If your order has not been accepted, we will endeavour to contact you to explain the reason why. 
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Delivery charges incurred by you out of hours are payable by you in addition to your detailed invoice. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. 
International delivery may be available on certain products and for this you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for Customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local Customs office for further information. Also note that we may have to wait up to 18 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to issue refunds or replacement items for any parcels that might have been lost or delayed during transit. 
Please contact Event Fire Solutions for a quotation for delivery charges for any delivery which is not UK mainland, in order that you may accept the delivery charge before placing your order. 
Delivery is charged in accordance with the size and destination address of the order as per the delivery cost at the time of placing your order. 
For UK deliveries you must stipulate a delivery address, PO Box numbers and hotels are not acceptable. 
Event Fire Solutions accept most major credit/debit cards: 
Visa Electron 
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 
Cancelling an order 
You are entitled to cancel this contract and receive a full refund provided that you exercise your right within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. (Bank Holidays do not count as working days). 
The procedures for cancellation are detailed below and vary depending at what stage of the order process you are at. 
If you have not already submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time prior by clicking the “Remove” button next to the product ordered in your shopping basket. If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email from Event Fire Solutions, you can still cancel your order up to the point of despatch. Please either call our Customer service team or email your cancellation marked “URGENT CANCELLATION” to accounts@eventfiresolutions.co.uk. Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email. 
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our returns procedure below. 
Once we have received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum charged by us to your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. 
You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Event Fire Solutions, unless the return is as a result of an error on our part. 
Returns Procedure 
Please ensure that all items are returned unused within 21 days. Please ensure that you receive a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Event Fire Solutions cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. 
You have a statutory right to have a full refund including the outbound postage and packing charges if you notify us in writing within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods that you intend on returning your order to us. 
To return goods, package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to us at the address stated on the returns note. Please ensure the invoice is included with the goods and that you have marked on it what you are returning and why. 
Exchange Procedure for faulty or incorrect goods 
Event Fire Solutions will be happy to exchange products that are damaged or faulty or shipped through any circumstance that is our error within 6 months from the date of despatch. Please contact us as soon as you think you may have a problem in order that we may resolve any issues as soon as possible. 
Any information provided by you is confidential and Event Fire Solutions will not pass on your personal telephone number, email address or credit or debit card details to any third party although you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate fraud checks. 
We will never ask you for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your http://www.eventfiresolutions.co.uk log in details, please contact our Customer service team immediately. 
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products. 
We may modify these Conditions at any time by posting the Conditions on our web site. You may cancel your contract with us if you reasonably consider that you have been disadvantaged by any change we may make to these conditions. 
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on http://www.eventfiresolutions.co.uk website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask whether you still wish to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. 
We undertake all reasonable care to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. Please be aware that colours may appear to vary slightly from the product as it appears on your screen and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any minor colour discrepancies between the image and the actual product. We recommend that you request a fabric sample prior to ordering to check that the colour and design is suitable.

Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the Site or for any products or services purchased from Event Fire Solutions. 
We have taken all reasonable measures to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers. 
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered due to any exceptional conditions that are beyond our reasonable control, including hazardous weather, accidents, fire, labour disputes, war, commotion, malicious damage, explosion, government actions and other similar events. 
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements and Event Fire Solutions is not responsible for errors, omissions or interruptions of service on this website or that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website. 
We shall exercise reasonable skill and care in providing the goods to you in accordance with these Conditions however any liability we have to you of any kind is limited to the charges paid by you in the twelve month period prior to the event causing the liability. 
We will not be liable for any loss of goodwill or reputation or for economic losses in connection with the provisions of any matter under the conditions. 
Copyright and Intellectual Property 
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content on the Website are owned by us. Any access or use of the Website for any reason other than your personal, non-commercial use is prohibited and we do enforce any infringements of this policy. 
No part of the Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or Website without our prior written permission. 
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is the property of Event Fire Solutions made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase of Product(s) download such material and content on to only one computer hard drive for such purpose. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content. 
Third Party Information 
We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Event Fire Solutions products are those stated on Event Fire Solutions material. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party. 
If any individual part of these Conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the enforceability of any other part of these Conditions. 
Entire Agreement 
These Conditions govern our relationship with you. 
You acknowledge that in agreeing to these Conditions that you have not relied on any other statement, representation or assurance other than as expressly set out within the Conditions. 
Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud. 
These terms and conditions do not affect your rights under law. If you require any advice or assistance we would suggest you contact your local branch of the citizens’ advice bureau who should be able to help. 
This agreement is governed by English Law .Each of us agrees to only bring legal actions about this agreement in a UK court.
