RETURNS POLICY
The customer may only return products to EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS, and receive a credit or refund, with the prior consent of EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS and on the following conditions:
(i) Return must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation).
(ii) Products must be returned to EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.
(iii) If the Customer does not quote invoice details, as on the original despatch note, the credit will be based upon the lowest sales price. For products returned due to customer error or no longer required and are returned in accordance with (i)-(iii) above, there will be a re-stocking charge of 20% of the invoice value. Where the Customer returns products online to EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS not in accordance with (i) - (iii) above (for example, after 7-days from the date of despatch or in an unfit state) EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS may refuse delivery or apply a re-stocking charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing (subject to a minimum 20% of invoice value).
This returns policy excludes printed circuit boards, non-catalogue products and specially manufactured products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Subject to receiving notice by a durable medium e.g. e-mail, fax or writing the customer has a 7-day cancellation period commencing from the day after the date of receipt of goods, providing they are in a re-saleable condition, except for printed circuit boards that are non-returnable.
The goods must be returned within 7 days of notice. Should the goods have to be collected by EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS, EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to charge the cost of recovery. After this time period 'business users’ conditions apply.
2. Business users’ orders accepted by EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS may not be cancelled under any circumstances unless agreed in writing by EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS. Any requests must be made by durable medium e.g. e-mail, fax or writing, and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge except for printed circuit boards that are non-returnable. Where a return is agreed it is on proviso that EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS receives the goods in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of authorisation. Should the goods have to be collected by EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS, EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to charge the cost of recovery. Original outward carriage is non-refundable.
3. All products are returned to EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS at the expense of the customer and at the customer's risk. EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to them.
4. Products to be returned to EVENT FIRE SOLUTIONS should be adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to:
