Steve is always seeking to achieve excellence and strive for perfection; he 

approaches problem solving with a clear, logical mind and a drive to see things 

through to completion. Steve is also a Brigade assessor at A1 level and also has the following qualifications: BTEC level 5 Professional awards in Interactive Management, Institute of Leadership & Management Level 2 (Silver Command Level), Water Rescue Technician Level 3. 

Steve is a motivated, adaptable and responsible individual with strong team-player skills developed during fifteen years Of Service with a County Fire & Rescue Service. He has been an operational Watch Manager now for a period of 6 years, he also now leads a team of Firefighters who are Water and Animal Rescue specialists. In addition he is a brigade Breathing Apparatus and Compartment Fire Behavior Instructor. 

 

Using the wide range of skills and qualifications he has attained and developed in firefighting, training and management he will ensure all crews will maintain their competence and standards as required, delivering our high 

expectations.
