With all of the Directors and Managers being fire fighters, we often find ourselves in a paradox, a direct conflict with our business acumen verses our hearts, but it’s not something we are ashamed of, in fact, it’s actually the opposite, we believe that as fire fighters we are in such a fortunate position with an extremely powerful brand that has a massive influence in our community, in addition we have a morale commitment to community, for us, this manifests itself, in three very distinct areas.
Whilst of course we have massive commitment to the directors and their families, and the shareholders, investors and even our staff whom we hold a morale responsibility to ensure we keep the balance sheet correct, the equipment up to date, we all fundamentally believe we have a further commitment to help out where ever we can, to reach out and do our own small bit to make a difference, more often than not this is not about cash, but time, if we can help people raise money then it’s something we are always pleased to do. Of course we do everything, but we always do what we can.
2014 Our primary benefactors were a selection of military charities, we were extremely pleased to able help out at RIAT and also really proud to be supporting our Paras the event at Old Sarum “Sopara” as well helping out St Tiggywinks with a load of medical equipment.
2015 Has seen us again agree to assist the Royal International Air Tattoo, and we are still exploring the other requests we have had, and we really can’t wait to be able to announce more shortly.
